Adai Network Foundation is formed by community-minded youth leaders who strive to create more opportunities for youth to share their passion with others through volunteering for community events. We engage with more than 2,000 registered volunteers across Greater Vancouver.

Board of Directors

Our board of directors oversees Adai daily operation and ensures its sustainability and success.

Jonas Yao
Jonas is the founder and chief software development strategist of Adai Network. He specializes in full-stack development. Jonas brings his expertise in programming to the front-end and iOS developments of Volunteer Rack. As an active member of the Vancouver Chinese youth community, he has volunteered for various NGOs and along the process, he came up the idea of building a free online platform to make volunteer opportunities essay to share and participate in. During weekdays, Jonas is Soft Engineer in Test at Splunk Canada.

Sibo Chen
Sibo is SSHRC Vanier Scholar at School of Communication, Simon Fraser University. He is an aspiring scholar in communication and a student of life with a passion for exploring the possibilities of new media. As communication strategist, Sibo connects Adai Network with various NGOs across Metro Vancouver.

Arthur Chen
Arthur is Vice President of the youth branch of CCSA (Canadian Community Service Association). As a BSc student at Simon Fraser University, he is desired to devote himself to serving the Chinese community in Greater Vancouver.
